Budget range, when defined
Agency questions

The practical details.

How should an agency send a brief?

Send the brief context, treatment or references, usage, geography, timeline and deliverables. Include casting, styling, set or production needs when known. A budget range is useful when defined, but is not required to begin.

How is the shoot day structured?

The structure is agreed in pre-production and may include preparation, pre-light, tests, the main shooting sequence, client review points and a clear handover for selects, retouching and delivery.

How are usage and licensing handled?

Licensing is defined by media, territory, term and exclusivity. These factors are agreed alongside deliverables and production scope. Rates are quoted by brief, with buyout requests assessed separately rather than treated as a default.

Can the team scale for a larger production?

Yes. Burak remains responsible for photographic direction while assistants, styling, makeup, set support, retouching and production coordination scale around the brief. Stills-plus-video projects can extend through LUX Prodüksiyon or selected production partners.

Where can the production take place?

Burak is based in Berlin and works between Berlin and Istanbul. Selected UK and European briefs are accepted by project. Pre-production and approvals can run remotely before the on-site production dates.

Which working languages are available?

English and Turkish are used professionally across briefs, treatments and production communication. German is available at working level. Final project documents can follow the production language agreed by the agency or client team.
