The practice behind the talks

Speaking from the work itself.

Each talk connects photographic decisions to the commercial, educational and fine-art contexts in which those decisions are made.

The speaking record draws on portraiture, lighting, advertising photography, studio workflow, post-production, creative direction and the realities of sustaining a long-term practice.

Content and technical depth can be adjusted for students, professional photographers, creative teams, public audiences or mixed institutional groups.

A seminar can address a large or mixed audience around one coherent subject. Structured skill development belongs on the Photography Education route.

Seminars & Talks

Ideas, working examples and professional experience are shaped into a lecture, public conversation or focused presentation for a defined audience.

Photography Education

Private lessons, group courses and mentoring use exercises, correction and review to build practical ability over one or more sessions.
